The rooms
The four levels building, with elevator, is composed of eight apartments. The single-room apartments have a separate kitchen and bathroom, and a sofa-bed for two. The others have a separate living-room, one or two bedrooms, a kitchen. All kitchens are equipped with pots, dishes, fridge and dishwasher. All apartments have their own washing-machine, connection for PC, TV also by satellite. Heating system is individual for each apartment. Heating, electricity, gas, water and general expenses (e.g. cleaning, condominium expenses) are included in the price.
Bed linen and towels will be changed once a week.
